Roles and Responsibilities:
Create and execute marketing strategies with the help of our digital marketing and content departments.
Quickly scale the business by 10X to 100X using paid advertising, brand awareness, organic traffic, partnerships and other strategies.
Help our HR department to hire a team of world-class marketers for our marketing and content departments as required.
Manage and coach our team members in content and marketing departments.
Create and manage quarterly, monthly and weekly strategy and KPIs for team members in content and marketing departments.
Develop new strategies to scale the business in new geographical locations and new product lines.
Requirements:
Significant experience growing and scaling brands to 10X to 100X within a short period of time.
Deep domain expertise in digital marketing, traditional marketing, scaling and exponential growth of brands.
Deep domain expertise in paid advertising and organic website growth strategy.
Deep domain expertise in brand awareness strategy and growing brand awareness by 10X to 100X.
Deep domain expertise in analytics to understand where each customer journey starts and ends.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Marketing Director
Minimum 5 years of successful experience managing a team of 5 or more.
Ideally you have been able to scale brands to new product categories and geographical locations.
Ideally you have helped brands become the absolute leader in their niche.
Ideally involved in a few M&A deals and post acquisition integration.

Completely self-managed with the ability to act independently with very little supervision and great work ethic.
Must love split testing and experimentation with scientific approach.
Must be able to coach, mentor and delegate complex tasks.
Humble, coachable and always eager to learn new skill sets.
Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
Our Hiring Process:
Our hiring process includes multiple steps. You will progress to each step if we believe there's a good match for both parties. Typically our interview process includes a review of your application, followed by a phone or video conference conversation with our recruitment specialist, then a video conference interview with our CEO, and lastly a video conference interview with several of our team members. If all goes well, we'll arrange reference calls and if there's a good fit, we'll make an offer. You may be asked to perform a paid mock marketing excercise before an offer is made at some point during the hiring process.
