Overview:

We're an EdTech company that helps students navigate the maze of higher education admissions to become world-class professionals. The MCAT Instructor will join our team to work directly with our students who need help in preparing for the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT).  

As an MCAT Instructor, you will:

• Help our students prepare for all sections of the MCAT
• Assist our Consulting team to continuously improve our MCAT Prep Program
• Complete comprehensive training to set you up for success
• Work from home
• Choose your own hours (part-time, flexible)
• Enjoy the fulfilling reward of helping others achieve their goals
• Continuously demonstrate a genuine passion for mentoring our students and improving our overall operations and impact as a company

Requirements:

• You must have significant education related to this position. We are currently accepting and reviewing applications from MD or DO Medical Students, Residents, or non-practicing MD or DOs; and PhD holders or PhD students, preferably with a background in life sciences.
• You must be located in the US or Canada.
• Must be able or willing to become an absolute expert in all sections of the MCAT (CPBS, CARS, BBLS, PSBB)
• Ability to work independently and participate in self-directed learning  
• Must be highly tech savvy
• Must have access to a quiet room with a door, high speed internet, an ergonomic chair and desk, a webcam and microphone
• We ask successful applicants to not work for other test prep companies

Our Hiring Process:

Our hiring process includes a review of your application, a skills assessment test, a virtual interview and lastly, a face-to-face interview with select members of our team via video conference, followed finally by reference calls.
