Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your success rate?

Our success rate is 93.5% for students in our Platinum and Titanium programs.

2. Will the consultation be online? I don’t have time to travel anywhere.

Yes, your sessions will be online face-to-face via video conferencing so you can take advantage of this program no matter where you are geographically. Your written documents will be reviewed and returned to you via email.

3. Are your programs expensive?

No, our programs are very competitive for the service you receive and the way we stand behind our services. However, it could get very expensive if you get rejected because of inadequate preparation. This is an investment in your future. For every single year of delay because of a rejection letter, you risk losing at least $250,000 per year (very conservative average salary of a practicing professional), plus the cost of re-application process, plus the loss of an entire year, plus all the trouble of re-application. Additionally, we have installment plans available.

4. Who are your admissions experts?

Our admissions experts are practicing professionals who are highly knowledgeable and trained specifically for admissions, including practicing professionals from top schools who have been on the other side of the admissions process.

5. I am planning to apply to med school 1-4 years from now. Should I enroll in your program now?

Yes. We encourage students to enroll in our med planning programs if they are 1-4 years before applying to med school. If you are currently applying to med school, you may want to consider our application review, CASPer prep and/or interview prep programs.

6. What does unlimited consultation hours mean?

Unlimited consultation hours means that our admissions experts will spend as much time as may be needed with you to prepare you for a successful application.

7. Can I enroll in the Gold program now and then upgrade to Platinum or Titanium?

Yes, you can. You can enroll in the Gold program and then upgrade to any program by paying the difference in enrollment fees. However, note that our Titanium or Platinum programs have very limited number of spots because of their consultation intensive nature and we normally reach full capacity before the application season is over so it's best to secure your spot as soon as possible.

8. Can you help me with choosing the best volunteer/research/employment opportunities?

Yes, we can! This is absolutely essential in our planning program and we need to make sure you have all the right experiences before it’s time to apply. This is one of the reasons most students get rejected.

9. Can you help me choose the best course and university/college program?

Yes, we can! In order to get fantastic grades, you have to choose the right courses and programs. Not only that, you also need to be careful to take all the required pre-requisite courses for medical school way before it’s time to apply.

10. How long is each session?

Normally most sessions are an hour long – some may take longer, some may take less time depending on the topic of discussion.

11. Do you tell me exactly what I should be doing and direct the consultation sessions?

Yes! We take the guess work out of the equation and direct all of your consultations sessions. Unless you have specific questions for our admissions experts, we will have a specific course of action for you to follow to be successful.

12. Can you write my application personal statement or essays for me?

No, we will not write any of your application documents for you because we operate ethically and only work with ethical applicants. Rather we will provide comprehensive reviews of your application documents so you can improve your work before submission.

13. In what geographical locations are your services available? What programs do you support?

Our med planning programs are available all over the world. We have expertise to help you get into med school no matter where you are or what school and program you are interviewing at.

15. How does your 100% Love It Or Your Money Back Guarantee work again?

On the fence? Take us for a spin risk free: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your first consultation session, let your consultant know immediately at the end of your 1st session, before you say goodbye and we’ll issue a 100% refund. Fair enough? Let’s go! If you do not request the satisfaction guarantee refund from your consultant at the end of your very first consultation with BeMo or if you ask for refund before or at the start of the session, or if we notice you intentionally going into a session to ask for a refund, or, if you book any subsequent sessions, you are no longer eligible for any refunds. We’ll only ask you a few questions to see if we can help improve our services. Must be a new BeMo student who has never purchased any BeMo services in the past. Additionally, if you have utilized any practice tests or Qbank questions, the cost of these materials will be deducted from any refund amount. Applies only to Gold, Platinum and Titanium programs.

16. How does your MCAT 515 Guarantee work again?

If you enroll in one of the eligible programs, we will help you increase your score by 15 points or your money back according to the following terms and conditions.

  •  If your baseline score is under 500, we guarantee at least 15-point increase.
  • If your baseline score is 500 or more, we guarantee a score of at least 515.

Visit our money back guarantee page to see the full terms and conditions.
