Roles and Responsibilities:
Obsessively test and optimize YouTube, Search, Facebook and Instagram ads.
Continuously split test, monitor and optimize every part of our customer journey, including landing pages, lead capture programs, autoresponders, and A/B tests to reach quarterly KPIs.
Create, update, and analyze reports using advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, queries and more.
Bring disconnected data together in a clear and concise manner that allows for data-driven decision on marketing channel effectiveness.
Analyze marketing results to increase ROI and ROAS.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of full-time paid work experience creating and optimizing YouTube, Search, Facebook and Instagram ads.
Minimum 3 years of full-time paid work experience creating and optimizing landing page experiments.
Must have significant knowledge of advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Queries, advanced conditional formatting, Macros, and Data Modification using formulas.
Must demonstrate a genuine interest in everything marketing and our mission and take an active role to improve our impact as a company (i.e. This will not be just a stepping stone or a side job to you. It's a calling).

Must love split testing and analyzing complex data.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
