We introduced the following policies to the market and they have become synonymous with BeMo, and are now available in most services:

- Easy to understand refund policy
I want to take some time to explain each of these publicly because as much as we have been transparent about our terms with our No B.S., No Fine Prints policy, these turn out to get lost sometimes and it's important for us to officially communicate these with our current and prospective students.
I should indicate first that these policies are subject to change at any time so it's always best to visit our website for the most up to date information.

1. Unlimited Prep*
This is straightforward. The idea here is that we will help you for as long as necessary until our admissions experts believe you are 100% ready. No more. No less. The key here is that we would require you to listen to our consultants as they monitor your progress because coaching doesn't work unless you listen to your coach. And of course this applies to only one application cycle and/or one interview cycle and/or one standardized test prep cycle, depending on the nature of your program.
2. 100% Love It Or Your Money Back*
This is designed to allow you to take us for a spin if you are on the fence at all. You have until the end of your first session with us to request a refund if you’re not 100% satisfied with our help. Nobody on the planet offers this but there are certain limitations to prevent abuse, so a few bad apples don't force us to stop offering this.
Note this does not mean that you can use the programs for as long as you like then ask for a refund.
No, you only get one single session and that's it. After that if you are happy, like 99% of our students, we will continue. If not, no worries, we will issue a full refund. However, if you have already used more than one session or booked more than one session, you are in for the full ride. I believe that's fair to both us and students to give us a try risk free while preventing abuse and fraud.
Here is how we mention it on our website with nice, normal font everywhere we possible can:
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your first consultation session, let your consultant know immediately after your 1st session and before you say goodbye to your consultant, and we’ll issue a 100% refund. We’ll only ask you a few questions to see if we can help improve our services. Must be a new BeMo student who has never purchased any BeMo services in the past. The refund request must be received immediately after your 1st session, and your dissatisfaction must have been provided to your consultant before you say goodbye and before you book any subsequent sessions. If you do not request a satisfaction guarantee refund from your consultant in your very first consultation with BeMo OR if you book any subsequent sessions, we assume you are satisfied and would like to continue and are no longer eligible for any refunds. Additionally, if you have utilized any practice tests or Qbank questions, the cost of these materials will be deducted from any refund amount. Applies only to Gold, Platinum, Titanium and Diamond programs.
Summary of the terms of our satisfaction guarantee:
Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to your first consultation session with BeMo (for new students only).
How It Works: If you’re not 100% satisfied, notify your consultant at the end of your first session—before saying goodbye—and you’ll receive a 100% refund.
Ineligibility:
- If you request a refund before or at the start of the session,
- If you intentionally join a session just to ask for a refund, or
- If you book any sessions beyond your first consultation.
Additional Note: Any costs for practice tests or Qbank questions will be deducted from the refund amount.
Scope:
- This guarantee applies only to Diamond, Titanium, Platinum, and Gold tier programs.
- It does not apply to any other programs or e-books.
- It does not apply to any custom programs
3. Get In Or Your Money Back*
Certain programs include our trademarked Get In Or Your Money Back Guarantee. Bold. This is not like some of our competitors' weak guarantees to add additional hours etc. No, instead if you meet a few obvious requirements (for example: you can't have a 2.0 and expect to get in to competitive programs and you need to make sure you don't submit your applications with typos that you introduce while copy and pasting your applications, etc etc) AND if you listen to all of our recommendations, then if you don't get accepted we will issue a full refund or you can repeat the program free of charge.
That's not all, even if you don't meet the requirements and don't get accepted, some of our programs allow you to repeat the program free of charge anyways.
How's that for peace of mind?
4. 515 Guarantee (MCAT)*
This policy is similar to the above. You are required to do what we ask and if you do here's what we promise:
If you enroll in one of the eligible programs, we will help you increase your score by 15 points or your money back, according to the following terms and conditions.
- If your baseline score is under 500, we guarantee at least a 15-point increase.
- If your baseline score is 500 or more, we guarantee a score of at least 515.
5. 175 Guarantee (LSAT)*
Once again, if you do exactly as we indicate and meet a few simple requirements here's what we promise:
If you enroll in one of the eligible programs, we will help you increase your score by 10 points or your money back according to the following terms and conditions.
- If your baseline score is under 165, we guarantee at least 10-point increase.
- If your baseline score is 165 or more, we guarantee a score of at least 175.
6. Refund Policy*:
Again super simple policy. You have 5 days to ask for a refund as long as you haven't used any consultation sessions. Why 5 days? Well because we don't offer a physical product, we offer a service, and once you take up a spot others aren’t be able to use that spot and both our admissions experts and other students lose an opportunity unfairly. For that reason, there's only 5 days to ask for a refund for an unused service.
Note it is important not to confuse this with our satisfaction guarantee, because it only applies to unused programs and only within 5 days of purchase. This again allows you time to change your mind if you wish but also prevents abuse, fraud and scam.
And note that we normally do not charge any cancellation or administration fees unless you have asked us to schedule you a session or somehow incurred some services charged. If our services are truly unused, it's a full refund.
That's not all; even after 5 days, we still issue refunds in the form of BeMo credits to use in the future or to transfer to others.
Here are the details:
Please note refunds are only issued if a request is made within 5 days of purchase date and only if services/products have not been utilized (minus any applicable cancellation and/or administration fees). Administration fees are 30% of total purchase price. All other late cancellation notices, and circumstances of partial cancellations, are processed as “BeMo credits”. The amount owed must be converted to BeMo credits if more than 5 days have passed since the date of purchase. Please note all digital product purchases (such as e-books, the Vault, CASPer simulations and video courses, and so forth) and all Silver tier programs are final and there are absolutely no refunds available for such products.
7. Interest-free Installments
We do another thing nobody on the planet does.
Even your university doesn't care enough to do this for you.
We provide our students with the option to pay using easy, interest-free, no-application installment plans.
We do. Not a third party. Because we trust that you will pay all your installments and 99% of our students who use installments pay us and pay us on time.
Of course, we do expect full payment over time and installment plans cannot be cancelled because they are not a subscription plan, rather smaller payments for the enrollment fee.
This is not to be confused with any type of guarantee.

These are not some random people on some forum or reddit who may be a competitor or a few disgruntled students who wanted to abuse a guarantee or installment plan who are now upset we didn't give in to their fraudulent attempts of abuse and are now calling us a "scam".
There are also sometimes people who never actually used our services and decide we are a "scam" simply because we charge for our services like any other company on the planet, which is ironic because they most want to become doctors and lawyers to charge people at their most vulnerable moments.
