When you enroll in a qualifying program, we guarantee you will get accepted. Need we say more?
We normally start with a strategy session. This is where we help you brainstorm ideas for your personal statements, secondary essays, list of past activities, or any other written component of your applications. During a one-on-one session over video conference, we ask you specific questions to find out more about you as a person and your past experiences. Then we help you shape your story in a way that’s unique to you based on your own past experiences. We’ll even create a roadmap on how to start your first draft.
Once you have written your first draft, you send it to us and our admissions experts will review your work in great detail. We go over your document word by word and provide you with written feedback on grammar, spelling, flow, structure, and even any red flags. We suggest changes to choice of words, how to craft a compelling introduction and conclusion. We don't hold back. We want to make sure you are aware of all the issues now before it’s too late. We even suggest how to make your documents admission committee friendly. We triple check the work and then we return the document to you within 2-3 business days with all of our suggestions.
You see, everyone is different. While some of our students might be able to create a compelling personal statement or essays within one draft, some of our students require more work. The cool thing is that we keep working with you for as long as necessary until we are confident that your application documents are ready for submission. No more. No less. This way you never have to wonder whether or not it’s time to submit. We’ll explicitly tell you when it’s time, so you don’t have to guess about your future.
Once you have submitted your applications, it’s time to start preparing for the CASPer test and other parts of Altus Suite such as Snapshot and Duet. The online test used by some med schools. Our prep includes practicing using realistic mock tests followed by expert feedback. This is how you learn from your mistakes. There’s really no other way to improve. We all learn by practice. CASPer, Snapshot and Duet are no different.
The interview stage is the most challenging hurdle. Not only do most applicants find it stressful and awkward, but there’s also the fear of the unknown. What if you get so nervous that you won’t know what to say? What if you don’t know the right answer? What if your voice cracks? What if you sweat like a marathon runner? What if, what if and what if… At this stage, we keep helping you with our unlimited mock interviews plus expert feedback until we are confident that you are going to ace your interviews. In fact, that’s our guarantee.
We should also say that our team of consultants are actual certified admissions experts. They are not random MDs or medical students. We only hire the very best and each of our new consultants goes through over 100 hours of training. Only 5% of applicants pass our test to become BeMo certified admissions experts because you deserve the best.

Yes, your written documents will be reviewed and returned to you via email. And if your program includes any one-on-one consultations, your sessions will be online face-to-face via video conferencing so you can take advantage of this program no matter where you are geographically.
Our admissions experts are practicing professionals who are highly knowledgeable and trained specifically for admissions, including practicing professionals from top schools who have been on the other side of the admissions process.
No, our programs are very competitive for the service you receive and the way we stand behind our services. However, it could get very expensive if you get rejected because of inadequate preparation. This is an investment in your future. For every single year of delay because of a rejection letter, you risk losing at least $150,000 per year (very conservative average salary of a medical doctor), plus the cost of re-application process, plus the loss of an entire year, plus all the trouble of re-application. Additionally, we have installment plans available.
Yes, you can. We recommend that you start preparing your application well in advance because it takes several weeks to create compelling application documents, but it’s totally up to you when you would like to start. However, note that we have a turnaround time of 2-3 days for application documents and we cannot rush this process as it would compromise the quality of our review so you will have to take that into consideration.
Unlimited revisions means that we will review the same documents for as many times as necessary, during the current admissions cycle, until our admissions experts are confident that your application documents are ready to be submitted.
Absolutely. If you are in the Titanium or Platinum program, we will work with you for as long as necessary, for the duration of the current interview season, until our interview experts are 100% confident that you are going to ace your interview. And this is a highly personalized program so the number of sessions and frequency varies for each of our students based on your initial performance and the date of your first interview. We only request that you strictly adhere to the recommendations of our interview experts to get maximum results.
Yes you can. You can enroll in any program and then upgrade to any program by paying the difference in enrollment fees. However, note that our Titanium or Platinum programs have very limited number of spots because of their consultation intensive nature and we normally reach full capacity before the application season is over so it's best to secure your spot as soon as possible.
The duration of the session varies because our feedback sessions are personalized. For example, if someone does really well during their mock interview, the feedback would be shorter, but if someone does poorly, the feedback session will take longer because we would spend more time explaining the concepts and point out strategies for improvement. Typically our sessions take 1 hour but we don't have a strict clock ticking and our goal is to make sure you get appropriate individual feedback.
We conduct your feedback session immediately after your mock interview so that you can learn from your mistakes while the memory of your performance is fresh for best results.
No, we will not write any of your application documents for you because we operate ethically and only work with ethical applicants. Rather we will provide comprehensive reviews of your application documents so you can improve your work before submission.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the review of your application documents, simply send us an email within 5 days of receipt of your first round of revisions and we will provide you with a full refund. We only ask that you send us an official copy of your submitted application to show that you have submitted your document in the original format and that none of our recommendations were used to modify your application documents. (Applies to new BeMo students only.)
