Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist our Content team with uploading blogs and videos to our website and social media channels.
Monitor and grow each of our social media channels.
Conduct research for blogs.
Participate in proof-reading and developing blog content and other content, including converting blogs into video scripts.
Create and update SOPs and standards for our Content department.
Manage the creation of infographics, visual charts, and images with external contractors.
General administrative support to our Content team as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative work.
Comfortable with use of technology and highly tech savvy.
Must be highly proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & Word and seek to learn the use of new software to improve efficiency and record keeping.
Extremely well versed with online research.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.
Work experience and/or education related to Social Media Management or Content Creation is considered an asset.
