Yes, you can. We recommend that you start preparing your application well in advance because it takes several weeks to create compelling application documents and you'll have a better chance of acceptance if you submit your applications early, but it’s totally up to you when you would like to start. However, note that we have a turnaround time of 2-3 days for application documents and we cannot rush this process as it would compromise the quality of our review so you will have to take that into consideration.

Unlimited revisions means that we will review the same documents for as many times as necessary, during the current admissions cycle, until our admissions experts are confident that your application documents are ready to be submitted. Please note that your total word count for all your documents should be within the requirements indicated above.

Absolutely. If you are in the Titanium and Platinum programs, we will work with you for as long as necessary, for the duration of the current interview season, until our interview experts are 100% confident that you are going to ace your interview. And this is a highly personalized program so the number of sessions and frequency varies for each of our students based on your initial performance and the date of your first interview. We only request that you strictly adhere to the recommendations of our interview experts to get maximum results.

Yes you can. You can enroll in the Gold program and then upgrade by paying the difference in enrollment fees. However, note that our Platinum program has very limited number of spots because of its consultation intensive nature and we normally reach full capacity before the application season is over so it's best to secure your spot as soon as possible.

The duration of the session varies because our feedback sessions are personalized. For example, if someone does really well during their mock interview, the feedback would be shorter, but if someone does poorly, the feedback session will take longer because we would spend more time explaining the concepts and point out strategies for improvement. Typically our sessions mock interview + feedback sessions take 90 to 120 minutes but we don't have a strict clock ticking and our goal is to make sure you get appropriate individual feedback. Our CASPer sessions typically take less time (60-90 minutes) because you will be writing your mock test online prior to your feedback session similar to the real test.

We conduct your feedback session immediately after your mock interview so that you can learn from your mistakes while the memory of your performance is fresh for best results.

Please note refunds are only issued if a request is made within 5 days of purchase date and only if services/products have not been utilized (minus any applicable cancellation and/or administration fees). Administration fees are 30% of total purchase price. All other late cancellation notices, and circumstances of partial cancellations, are processed as "BeMo credits". The amount owed must be converted to BeMo credits if more than 5 days have passed since the date of purchase.
