Yes, you can. And we recommend that you start preparing well in advance because, depending on the school, you may receive a very short interview notice and interview skills take some time to develop so it's best to start preparing in advance.

You will have unlimited access to the e-book so you can read and re-read it as many times as you like until end of the current interview season.

If you are in the Titanium or Platinum program, we will work with you for as long as necessary, for the duration of the current interview season, until our interview experts are 100% confident that you are going to ace your interview. And this is a highly personalized program so the number of sessions and frequency varies for each of our students based on your initial performance and the date of your first interview. We only request that you strictly adhere to the recommendations of our interview experts to get maximum results.

Yes you can. You can enroll in the Gold program and then upgrade by paying the difference in enrollment fees. However, note that our Titanium and Platinum programs have very limited number of spots because of their consultation intensive nature and we normally reach full capacity before the interview season is over so it's best to secure your spot as soon as possible.

The duration of the session varies because our feedback sessions are personalized. For example, if someone does really well during their mock interview, the feedback would be shorter, but if someone does poorly, the feedback session will take longer because we would spend more time explaining the concepts and point out strategies for improvement. Typically our sessions mock interview + feedback sessions take 1 to 2 hours but we don't have a strict clock ticking and our goal is to make sure you get appropriate individual feedback.

We conduct your feedback session immediately after your mock interview so that you can learn from your mistakes while the memory of your performance is fresh for best results.

We believe it's important that you start preparing for your interviews early because depending on your baseline skills it may take some time to improve your interview skills and most importantly some programs provide a short notice that may not be sufficient to prepare in advance if you wait until you receive your invitations.

Therefore, to help you start your interview preparation early, here's what we will do for you. If you sign up for one of our interview prep programs, before you have been invited for any interviews and start preparing with us, but end up getting rejected before receiving interview invitations, you'll have two options. You get to either repeat the same prep program at no cost during the next cycle OR we will turn your enrollment fee into BeMo credits so you use it towards any other BeMo service during the next cycle such as application review to make sure you have the best possible application that attracts many interview invitations.

Please note refunds are only issued if a request is made within 5 days of purchase date and only if services/products have not been utilized (minus any applicable cancellation and/or administration fees). Administration fees are 30% of total purchase price. All other late cancellation notices, and circumstances of partial cancellations, are processed as "BeMo credits". The amount owed must be converted to BeMo credits if more than 5 days have passed since the date of purchase. Please note all digital product purchases (such as e-books, the Vault, CASPer simulations and video courses, and so forth) and all Silver tier programs are final and there are absolutely no refunds available for such products.
