Our Hiring Process:
We are highly selective about those who join the team - about 5X more selective than Harvard - but we don't agree with, nor use the same selection process. In fact, we're revolutionizing university admissions processes. For example, we don't care much about your grades or standardized test scores. We care that you can do the job and you have the right attitude. We believe "actions speak louder than words."
Our hiring process includes multiple steps. You will progress to each step if we believe there's a good match for both parties. Typically our interview process includes a review of your application, followed by a phone or video conference conversation with our recruitment specialist, then a video conference interview with our CEO, and lastly a video conference interview with several of our team members. If all goes well, we'll arrange reference calls and if there's a good fit, we'll make an offer. You may be asked to perform a paid mock marketing exercise before an offer is made at some point during the hiring process.
